Q: Do you accept insurance? 

YES! We are proud to work with many insurance carriers to enable access to nutrition counseling for as many people as possible. We accept:

• Aetna

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Cigna

• Harvard Pilgrim

• Mass General Brigham Health Plan (formerly AllWays)

• Tufts (commercial plans only)

• United Healthcare

To verify your insurance benefits for nutrition counseling, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask them the following questions:

1. Do my benefits include nutritional counseling, specifically do you cover CPT codes 97802 or 97803? If not, what are my out-of-network nutrition benefits?

2. Are there any exclusions or limitations (such as limit to number of visits)?

3. Do I have a deductible to meet before insurance covers?  If so, how much have I met so far?

4. Am I responsible for any copay or coinsurance for the visit?

5.  Is a doctor’s referral required?

You are welcome to use your HSA or FSA account for payments. Private pay available upon request.

We also offer limited telehealth visits.

Our office is conveniently located near the Green line Newton Centre T stop. There are about 6 guest space parking spots outside the main entrance of the building before the yellow gates to the employee parking lot.  You may park there if there is a free spot.  There is additional guest parking at the building next door - the entrance to that lot is directly across from Mathnasium and Trowbridge St.  Additionally, there is unmetered 2 hour parking along Crescent Avenue which is directly opposite our driveway.
